The Full Stack Software Engineer will:
• work with Product and UX teams to be part of a team of engineers in developing elegant code and state-of-the-art responsive customer experiences.
• train and serve as a resource for other colleagues as needed.
• collaborate in troubleshooting complex data, features,
service, platform issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues.
• work closely with digital product management to build industry leading digital experiences.
• collaborate to drive solutions that would reduce cost, expenses and time to market.
• partner with application owners, business partners and peer groups regarding long and short-range technical solutions that meet business requirements.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 90,000
Maximum: 180,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in software development or an information systems environment
• 2+ years of experience in Full Stack development with Spring Boot, NoSQL and Cache Datastores.
• 2+ years of experience with Springboot (Kafka a plus)
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins
• 2+ years of experience with XML/JSON and development REST Services

Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of retail e-commerce experience.
• Experience with agile development required, SAFe Agile experienced preferred
• Experience with a proven track record of working with large or multiple teams comprising of FTEs and contractors
• Experience in Back-end security.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail pharmacy is preferable

• Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
