Brand Ambassador (SaaS Industry)

Because we are looking for a Brand Ambassador who will work as the public face of GetResponse. You’re a great fit if you enjoy meeting others and traveling – since this role requires attending various social events. Your primary task is to ensure GetResponse’s brand is properly displayed and accessible on the US market, which includes:

• Promoting our company online (e.g., on social media and forums)
• Working closely with the PR team, giving interviews, participating in podcasts, and other such media appearances.
• Representing our company at product launches/events/tradeshows as GetResponse’s Ambassador and being the go-to person for company media appearances
• Networking and building trusting relationships with potential customers
• Suggesting new ways/channels for building our brand within the US market
• Monitoring online comments/sentiments and responding or forwarding them to the marketing team
• Creating reports and using that data to analyze what’s working and what’s not, making suggestions accordingly
• Tracking and reporting on competitors’ activity when it comes to attending events, media appearances, and general PR activity
  

Must have experience:

• Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador/Spokesperson or similar role
• Strong and respected social media presence within the online marketing space
• Wide knowledge of the online marketing industry
• Experience creating online content
• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in SaaS, and/or a similar product to GetResponse

Salary range:

• Contract of employment: 7 800 - 8 300 USD gross / month
