Pharmacist in Charge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to join our team. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee all pharmaceutical operations and ensure the safe and effective delivery of medications to our patients. This is a key leadership position where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of pharmaceutical operations, including dispensing medications, counseling patients, and maintaining inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in pharmacy practice
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize workflow and enhance patient safety
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to promote appropriate medication use and resolve any medication-related issues
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical science and technology
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer concerns or inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Valid pharmacist license in [state]
• Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a retail or hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
