Job Description:

As an Assistant Center Manager at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, you will play a key role in supporting the Center Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service center. You will help build and lead a high-performance team that delivers exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Center Manager in achieving sales and profit goals
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Training and developing team members to perform their jobs effectively
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail or automotive experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Valid driver's license
