Your function will incorporate:

• Our team is dedicated to ensure that every child in our care receives compassionate and nurturing attention.
• Ensuring that every child is protected and looked after consistently.
• Creating educational programs that promote cognitive, physical, and social development through the use of interactive, hands-on activities.
• Managing recreational activities for children indoors and outdoors.
• Helping children with their meals and ensuring they consume healthy snacks and balanced meals.
• Ensuring a hygienic and orderly childcare space through the regular cleaning of toys and play spaces.
• One effective way to keep parents/guardians informed about their child's daily activities is through regular communication channels. These could include email updates, newsletters or updates on a Parent Portal.
• Adhering to all statutory regulations and organizational guidelines with utmost diligence.
• Combining efforts with colleagues in the childcare industry to create an environment of teamwork and mutual support.
• Creating an environment of assurance and security that instills confidence and comfort among children and their families.

Qualifications:

• Candidates having previously worked in a preschool environment with children are preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR can be a beneficial factor.
• Developing b communication and interpersonal skills should be a continual process and adapted to different scenarios.
• Having the skill to interact and connect positively with children of different ages.
• Meeting the diverse and evolving needs of children requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability from the childcare facility and its staff.
• Obligation to delivering exceptional support and care to families and their young ones.
