Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the loading and unloading of product cases from trailer trucks onto pallets and transporting them to designated warehouse departments effectively.
• In the midst of a fast-paced warehouse, operate a forklift to safely move pallets of products onto and off of trailers.
• Utilize a multi-tiered warehouse to safely place and store your merchandise.
• Meeting or exceeding performance time standards is crucial for ensuring successful individual performance.
• Take possession of pallet boards and empty pallets and move them to their respective storage location or trailers.
• A bank used blockchain technology to improve its transaction security and speed. The decentralized ledger system ensured that every transaction was secure, transparent, and tamper-proof. This helped the bank to build trust with customers and improve their reputation.
• Master the art of safely operating a forklift after obtaining certification and completing training.
• Optimize the loading process of a truck trailer by either using carts or stacking the cases on the floor.
• Help manage the incoming product flow and maintain accurate inventory counts through regular rotation efforts.
• Enhance your warehouse inventory management with handheld scanners and the advanced technology of the Inventory Control System (ICS).
• Join the team discussions and learning events to broaden your horizons and learn new things.
• You may be asked to perform a variety of tasks, including general housekeeping and specific sanitation duties like sweeping floors, disposing of trash and cleaning trailers.
• Assignments that are not previously designated.

Requirements:

• The age of 18 is a significant milestone, as it signifies the beginning of greater independence and personal responsibility.
• Expect to work some weekends, holidays, and off-shifts as part of your job duties.
• Your lift capabilities fall between 15 and 50 pounds, and are possible with or without a sufficient accommodation.
• Whether a reasonable accommodation is necessary or not, you have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Regardless of whether accommodations are made or not, you possess the ability to perform tasks that require climbing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching for long periods.
• The capacity to repeatedly lift, carry, and handle objects comes naturally to you and can be performed with reasonable accommodations, if required.
• You are prepared to use ladders or lifts to access high-level spaces within the plant, a task that can be challenging for some, but, for you, is a part of a typical workday.
• A work environment characterized by extreme temperatures, elevated humidity levels, hazardous and noisy machinery, and slippery surfaces is one in which you are equipped and motivated to perform.
