Responsibilities:

• Insurance procedures can play a significant role in vehicle repairs. Understanding the insurance process, such as filing a claim, can help customers get their vehicle repaired as soon as possible.
• The initial assessment will be updated with the complete estimate after the thorough inspection
• Take responsibility for the entire repair cycle and ensure that Crash Champions' high-quality norms are upheld by introducing in-process quality control methods.
• We understand the importance of keeping our customers updated on the status of their vehicle and ensuring they have a hassle-free experience with us.
• Competent in retrieving and analyzing all data procedures together with Body Technicians, and finishing post-scanning for every repair process of a vehicle
• Bring the final repair order to a close, manage the processing of disbursement paperwork, tackle any anomalies found in the file and make certain that requirements from the carrier are fulfilled

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Skills
• The capacity to prioritize, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain an organized work environment is crucial for anyone aspiring to achieve their goals
• Prioritizing individuals with experience cooperating with insurance allies is recommended
• Proficiency in managing the intensity of a high-paced working atmosphere
• Mastery of pricing tools is a critical component to success in the insurance industry, and familiarity with systems such as Mitchell and Audatex is essential
