Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Starbucks in New York City, New York. As a part-time entry-level role, this position is perfect for someone who is reliable and independent, with excellent cooperation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide product information and assist customers with troubleshooting any issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improving products and services
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
