Customers encounter Lot Associates first thing upon entering and last as they exit the store. This is why the position demands excellent customer service communication skills that come in handy while interacting with customers and store associates.

  • To ensure a safe and timely loading and unloading of merchandise, it is necessary to manage the traffic flow within the loading zone. This involves the coordination with team members, directing traffic, and complying with safety regulations.
  • It is essential to remain watchful and detect any potential safety hazards or security threats in the parking lot. Addressing such concerns quickly by taking necessary actions such as reporting suspicious behavior or providing assistance to vulnerable individuals will ensure ongoing safety.
