Administrative Assistant
The administrative assistant will assist with daily clerical duties. This role will be based on customer service, order entry, closing orders, spread sheet creation, and keeping client ledgers accurate. The assistant will work under the partners of the company, developing into their own roll. Providing aid in scheduling, email correspondence, organizational and filing duties along with other tasks relating to the job title.
A description of the job duties is below:
• Verifying documents for accuracy and completeness
• Improve and maintain filing systems; both physical and electronic company documentation
• Assist with customer services and other inquiries pertaining to service
• Help create company documents/templates
• On a rare occasion, must be okay to help package small items in boxes in the packing area
• A strong need for overseeing clerical duties on the company's freight management
• Daily Pick Ticket, printing / Distribution
• Admin / Warehouse Team Comms
• Order Processing: Entry / Printing / Closing
• Ability to dissect problem orders
• Inventory
• Freight Comms
• Ledger update / Monitoring
Seeking Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Efficient in time management and communication skills
• Experienced in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required.
• Operate office equipment such as printers and fax machines
Administrative Experience Required: 2 Years (Preferred)
