Job Description

Lot Associates are essential for maintaining a functional entrance of the store and assisting customers with vehicle loading. Customer service is critical in this role, as it involves interaction with store associates and customers.

  • The act of collecting shopping carts left by customers in the parking lot and returning them promptly to designated areas both inside and outside the store.
  • Sustaining safety and timely delivery of merchandise requires the management of traffic flow within the loading zone. This entails tasks such as coordinating with colleagues, directing traffic and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Vigilance in the parking area is critical in identifying any safety hazards or security concerns that could jeopardize the well-being of customers or employees. Appropriate measures like reporting unusual activities or providing support to individuals in need are necessary to secure the area.
