Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE + Benefits + Bonus Potential

Executive Administrative Assistant Description
Our client in the laboratory services industry is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to add to their growing team near Waltham, Massachusetts. In this small yet well-established company, you will provide administrative support to the President’s business development initiatives, including tracking leads, creating quotes, meeting coordination, client communication, proposal follow-up, and market research. The ideal candidate is very client-focused with excellent written/oral communication skills. To be successful, you must be well organized, computer savvy, and work well independently. Executive Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day needs of the President to drive business development growth
• Keep track of business development leads and the active sales pipeline
• Draft proposals using standardized templates
• Coordinate details for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences
• Answer sales calls/emails and gather required information
• Support with administrative tasks such as filing and business errands
• Follow up with clients on proposals and project timelines
• Generate client quotes
• Serve as a positive company representative and build long-term client relationships
• Support growth initiatives and serve as a link between Sales and Marketing
• Assist with industry research related to market competition and pricing
• Maintain sales KPIs & stats in the CRM
• Go above and beyond to support customer and project needs
Executive Administrative Assistant Qualifications
• Prior experience in an administrative or supporting role is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Tech savvy and comfortable learning new software is required
• Ability to work on-site full time is required
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license required
