Growth Marketing Specialist

LeaseQuery is seeking a curious, data-obsessed Growth Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The Growth Marketing Specialist will work alongside our Growth Marketing Manager to improve LeaseQuery’s acquisition, onboarding, retention and upsell across our growing product portfolio with a main focus on our self-service products. The right candidate will have experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales and Analytics to identify areas of opportunity for growth across the entire funnel. As an individual contributor, this role will be both responsible for LeaseQuery’s self-service strategy and tactical execution

• Track and optimize the entire customer lifecycle of our self-service product including lead generation, adoption, conversion, up-sell and retention
• Utilize marketing automation tools to constantly test and optimize workflows, experiences and messaging to increase conversion and product engagement
• Strategize and create all marketing and in-app communications for self-service products
• Provide data-driven, strategic performance updates with recommendations for future testing
• Measure and achieve target KPIs while providing new goals each quarter
• Innovate and develop new marketing strategies and campaigns that drive short term and long term growth

• 1-2 years of growth or performance marketing experience for a product-led SaaS company with a low touch / no touch sales model
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience writing marketing emails, blogs, or website copy
• Self-starter with the curiosity to experiment and find hidden opportunities within the data
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales and customer experience teams
• Ability and desire to learn new tools and technology quickly
• Proven marketing automation experience - hubspot or salesforce preferred
• Analytical experience using Google Analytics is required
• Ability to work and manage projects independently
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, HubSpot, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, CrazyEgg, FullStory, and Heap are a plus
