Job Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fostering customer loyalty through timely and effective delivery of parts and exceptional service.
• Obtain materials from vendors, ensure the correctness of inventory data in the stockroom, and restock components when necessary.
• The safety of all road users should take precedence over all else, especially when transporting and delivering parts.
• Through my representation of NAPA as a brand ambassador, customers have always left with a lasting and positive impression of the brand, thanks to my exceptional service delivery.
• Create lasting bonds with clients through consistent and dependable service.
• Adhere to a safety checklist, keep the delivery truck clean, and perform basic maintenance tasks to guarantee the safety of the vehicle and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Embrace the chance to work on your own while also interacting with clients face-to-face.
• Consistently placing an emphasis on safety and reliability is imperative for success in any field.
• Bloom in a hustle and bustle environment and enjoy the variety in your daily activities.
• Displaying swiftness in managing commodities and moving around shelving areas, along with the ability to bear loads of up to 60 lbs.
• Adept in managing cash transactions and conducting refunds efficiently.
• Being able to understand and interpret nonverbal cues such as facial expressions, tone of voice, and body language can help individuals comprehend the underlying messages in any communication.
• Scheduling flexibility, which includes evening, weekend, and holiday hours, enables companies to provide round-the-clock services and meet customer needs more effectively.
• Valid Driver’s License.
