About the role : As an Industrial Engineer / Process Improvement Manager in our Lockbox Processing team, you will collaborate with senior leaders to enhance operational efficiencies in all production settings.
Optimize ProcessesCreate Better Reports and StatisticsUse Data and Analysis to Enhance Processes
Your expertise in Lean principles and Six Sigma will support our growing Item Processing operations.About the team : Our Team is a part of the Lockbox Processing Group, servicing ten different business locations with both Retail and Commercial aspects.What you will be doing?
Identify operational opportunities for improvement with senior leadership.Lead a business process analysis team, providing guidance and mentorship.
Report on implemented improvements and their impact.Recommend software automation for better efficiency.Integrate new processes and communicate changes effectively.
Assist in assessing and driving continuous improvement.What you will need :
This position is available in Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and San Francisco, CA areas. Candidates must live within a commutable distance as onsite work is required.
Bachelor's degree in various fields or equivalent work experience.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
High-level knowledge of Item Processing and financial technology.Ability to analyze data and use Excel proficiently.Project management and problem-solving skills.What we offer you :
