With dedicated service teams and a mission to uphold transparency and trustworthiness, we create quick and creative solutions to help manage the ever-evolving demands of the global egg industry.Job Summary:The Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist will oversee and manage various aspects of inventory control and warehouse operations. The selected candidate will serve as a liaison between management and the warehouse operations. This position will be based in Vernon, CA but will require travel to our headquarters in Irvine, CA at least one day a week.Responsibilities:Provide pertinent information to facilitate cross-functional communication among Eggs Unlimited departments.Standardize and report key metrics around inventory process.Work cross-departmentally to troubleshoot issues with inventory variances, deficiencies, and other issues.Partner across the organization to achieve successful outcomes for Eggs Unlimited while influencing changes in behaviors or processes when necessary.Special projects and assignments as needed.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in food supply chain, specifically strong in inventory management.Familiarity with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.Ability to readily understand the dynamics of an organization and adapt appropriately.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.Excellent organizational skills. Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.Self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced abilities in Excel.Valid California Driver License required.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Benefits: Full range of benefits, including medical, dental and vision coverage.Company paid Life and Disability Insurance.401(k) with a company match.Generous PTO accrual, increasing each year.Company is experiencing Hyper Growth lots of opportunity for advancement!Base Pay: $65,000 to $80,000 annually.
