Position Purpose:

They manage Checkouts and/or Returns and also supervise the maintenance of the Self-Checkout section. In the position of a Head Cashier, you will be responsible for finding the proper locations for Cashiers to operate, supporting them by speeding up price checks, permitting all types of Point of Sale transactions and markdowns, such as those made at the Registers, Self-Checkout, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Special Services. You will also be the first point of escalation for any customer complaints and will oversee the supervision, mentorship, and training of other Front End Associates, which includes training new Cashiers from all available resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possessing more than a year of experience as a cashier.
