A company is looking for a Customer Accounts Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform self-pay collection and customer service activities
Make outbound collection calls and answer patient questions regarding statements
Accept payments, negotiate payment plans, and meet collection goals
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience
Less than 1 year of job experience
Obtain CRCR certification within 9 months of hire
