Responsibilities:

As a Certified Caregiving Aide, you will:

  • Implement customized care plans to nurture the whole person in mind, body, and spirit
  • Provide impeccable care to clients, assisting with scheduled activities and overall care management
  • Offer personal companionship and ongoing social and emotional support
  • Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, and meal preparation
  • Ensure client safety, order, and enjoyment at all times
  • Provide transportation to appointments as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting changes in client condition

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of caregiving experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of state requirements and company training
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass background and Employee Misconduct Registry checks
  • Negative TB skin test or Chest X-Ray
  • Empathy for client needs and a positive attitude
