Responsibilities:
As a Certified Caregiving Aide, you will:
- Implement customized care plans to nurture the whole person in mind, body, and spirit
- Provide impeccable care to clients, assisting with scheduled activities and overall care management
- Offer personal companionship and ongoing social and emotional support
- Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, and meal preparation
- Ensure client safety, order, and enjoyment at all times
- Provide transportation to appointments as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting changes in client condition
Qualifications:
- At least one year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license
- Successful completion of state requirements and company training
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to pass background and Employee Misconduct Registry checks
- Negative TB skin test or Chest X-Ray
- Empathy for client needs and a positive attitude
