Primark is searching for a Department Manager who can lead with conviction and inspire their team. You will be instrumental in driving our US stores' revenue and securing our place as a leader in the fashion industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Undertake control of a department and improve its financial performance, stock levels, and operational guidelines.
• The use of data-driven decision making promotes transparency and accountability within departments.
• Keeping your finger on the pulse of the local market is fundamental to staying ahead.
• Empower and motivate Retail Assistants and Team Leaders to achieve their full potential and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications and Experience:

• In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have led a retail team in a fast-paced and high-volume setting for a minimum of two years.
• Possessing a keen understanding of commerce and being able to adapt to ever-changing circumstances is crucial.
• Displaying remarkable communication proficiency and the ability to perceive the requirements of clients.
• Showing the strength to endure setbacks and furnish constructive criticism while skillfully leading a group.
• Capable of effectively organizing work assignments with adept planning and superior prioritization skills.
• I have a wealth of experience in supporting store management with the implementation of security and emergency protocols.

Earnings:
