Conceptions Florida is looking for a driven and experienced Referral Coordinator to help manage and augment referrals from outside provider offices. The Referral Coordinator will assist Conceptions Florida in the growth of referrals from outside physicians by prospecting, networking, and presenting our services to outside healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be determined, self-motivated and coachable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role you will drive referrals to our Coral Gables and Miramar locations.

• Visit physician offices and increase the number of referrals from outside physicians by introducing Conceptions Florida and building rapport.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and speak on the services Conceptions Florida has to offer.
• Deliver provided marketing materials to physician offices.
• Facilitate referrals by assisting staff at those offices in completing our referral form and getting that information back to our office.
• Identify outside physician office needs and recommend solutions to facilitate the referral process.
• Research and engage with potential referring providers.
• Follow up with referring doctor's offices to gauge their satisfaction in the referral process.
• Maintain records of all office visits and interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field preferred
• Minimum 2- year experience in Marketing/Referral Coordination
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Past Sales Experience (especially in healthcare)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable transportation to travel to different locations between Miami-Dade and Broward County. Travel will be reimbursed at the company s expense.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
