Full-Time Position: Temporary
Hourly Rate: $15.80
Work Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 3pm - 9pm
As a Merchandise Organizer at Frito-Lay, you will be responsible for collecting a variety of Frito-Lay products, including Cheetos, Tostitos, Lay's, Doritos, and Fritos, from various stores and creating attractive displays for these products.
Expectations:
- Participate in a comprehensive three-week training program to learn the fundamentals of the role
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting experienced Route Sales professionals
- Maintain a consistent schedule with set start times and customer visits; opportunity for varied schedules over time
- Use a company-provided iPhone to manage your schedule, communicate with colleagues, and track your tasks
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that requires physical fitness and mental agility
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
- Ability to lift weights up to 40 lbs. regularly, with or without accommodations
