A company is looking for a Recruiting Support Representative (Temp) nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform partial-desk recruitment and talent acquisition for select positions
Source and qualify candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage pre-assessments
Provide proactive and consultative support to hiring managers and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of high volume recruiting experience
Experience with Workday ATS
Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and deliver results
Basic understanding of HR concepts and general labor market conditions
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
