Maintain organized and accurate records of client information, contracts, and transactions.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of real estate services.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for client meetings.
Conduct market research and analysis to support real estate professionals in making informed decisions.
Coordinate property showings and open houses, and assist with property tours as needed.
Manage and update listings on various real estate websites and platforms.
Assist with contract and lease preparation, ensuring all necessary documents are included and accurately completed.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow and completion of tasks.
