Acting as a liaison between field management, client accounting services, and PM Leadership team ensures consistent high-quality service delivery. Additionally, the Associate Director recommends and implements changes to improve client service processes and procedures. Minimal degree of travel is required. Less than 25%. What You'll Do: Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team. Supervise the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and own the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Assist with the creation of national operational strategies and coordinate efforts to integrate company services for clients, both internally and externally. Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own department, and how that integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans. Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity. Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job subject area. Strategic planning, reporting, and budgeting. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing day-to-day support. Acts as primary point of contact for clients ensuring high satisfaction. Coordinate and lead activities between various teams for consistent service delivery. Supports and monitors compliance with client requirements and CBRE Global Standards. Collaborate with other departments and provides commentary for analysis reports. Lead communication of standard processes, policies, and initiatives. Prioritize and conduct compliance reviews, facilitate process improvement and implement required changes. Solicit feedback on property manager experiences and implement change where appropriate. Identify, develop, and implement learning environments tailored for client reporting and software applications. Ability to own the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong Financial Analysis skills in Property Management industry Experience using Yardi including Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting Presentation Skills Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive approach. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Client Success Associate Director position is $104,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Client Success Associate Director position is $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE s applicable benefit program.
