Bartender/Server

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist with food service and catering events as needed Skills: - Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and mixology - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote specials - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail in preparing drinks with accuracy and consistency - Knowledge of food handling safety regulations - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred Join our team as a Bartender and be part of an exciting atmosphere where you can showcase your skills in mixology, provide exceptional service, and create memorable experiences for our valued guests.
