Community Care Attendant - Home Visits

Job Title: Community Care Assistant (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA / HMKR)
Pay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour + $32 per hour Aide Visit Rate!
Schedule Options: Days (Staffing times between 7:00am and 7:00pm)
Availability: Starting PT working into FT

Community Care Assistant Benefits:

Community Care Assistant Responsibilities:

• Visit clients in their homes for at least 2 hours at a time
• Build rapport with older adult clientele through weekly visits
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and toileting
• Maintain documentation, attend meetings, and participate in training activities as directed
• Provide hands-on care such as transfers and therapeutic exercises

Community Care Assistant Qualifications:

• 1+ year of prior direct caregiving experience REQUIRED!
• Ability to drive up to a 35-mile radius from your home
• Minimum age of 18
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver s license and reliable vehicle
• Pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week and 1 weekend shift per month
