Together, we won’t stop!The Senior Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for Consumer Postpaid Voice Acquisition’s annual and quarterly strategic plans that drive T-Mobile’s new customer targets at key wireless moments. This role analyzes customer metrics, consumer segments and competitive threats, builds insights-backed hypotheses and strategic recommendations, creates new program and offer ideas & works cross-functionally to ensure optimized strategic plans are furnished to Voice Acquisition leadership & the business management team.This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, innovative, and analytical professional to identify avenues to build the Postpaid business and carry out Voice strategy!Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Define and oversee the strategic vision for Voice AcquisitionResponsible for annual and quarterly strategic plans for Consumer Postpaid Voice Acquisition.Identifies acquisition opportunities based on business targets, macro environment, seasonal insights, consumer sentiment, competitive landscape, existing and forthcoming T-Mobile value prop levers, and business performance.Acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and relevant partners during strategy formulation, development, and execution.Partners closely with Integrated Marketing Strategy & Planning team, Consumer Postpaid LOBs, Innovation, ETS, Consumer & Competitive Insights teams, FP&A, and QGP to align on insights and recommendations to share with Voice leadership.Provides Business Management team with strategic recommendations on offers and programs to capture new customers each quarter.At the conclusion of each quarter, orchestrates a Quarterly Business Review assessing T-Mobile and its competition’s strengths and opportunities as well as T-Mobile offer performance & context to inform future planning.Educates team on consumer trends, opportunities, competitive threats, and new technologies that can continue to differentiate T-Mobile.Leads & mentors less experienced peers.Manages multiple priorities in a fast paced and changing environment.Qualifications:7+ years marketing experience.5+ years in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods, with a focus on Marketing, Product development or sales. Strong understanding of voice and data services and products.Knowledgeable about competitive landscape including new wireless entrants.Ability to lead large scale projects in fast paced and highly competitive industry with collaborative approach.Strong communications skills by presentation, written and verbal methods.Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies.Experience in analyzing customer, business, and industry data to drive business performance.Knowledge of financial drivers, experience in managing return on investment objectives, ability to develop high level financial models and review quarterly forecasts and budgets.Ability to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas.Bachelor's degree required.
