Qualification:

• To perform tasks such as pushing carts, lifting heavy objects, and working outdoors in various weather conditions, one must be physically fit for this job.
• The ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers is essential for a successful store operation that provides helpful assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Guaranteeing the outdoors are kept clean, structured, and free from any debris. This involves sweeping the premises, eliminating trash, and displaying seasonal products in an orderly fashion.
• The task of collecting shopping carts from the parking area and depositing them in allocated spaces within or outside the store.
• To guarantee a safe and efficient loading and unloading process of merchandise, traffic flow management in the loading zone is vital. This involves coordinating with colleagues, directing traffic, and ensuring safety regulations are met.
• Monitoring the parking lot consistently to detect any security issues or safety hazards that may bring harm to customers or employees is essential. Promptly addressing such concerns via interventions such as reporting suspicious activities or providing aid to customers in need will ensure a safe environment.
