1 year minimum experience in NYC as a working full-time real estate agent.
Work with a highly-experienced elite team at Mirador Real Estate, where we generate an exceptional amount of new business to share with our seasoned agents.
We are looking for outstanding, motivated, and experienced leasing and sales talent who want to grow their own book of business while supplementing it with company-generated leads.
Requirements
- Licensed NY State Real Estate Salesperson/Broker
- Minimum of two years of experience in NYC rentals/sales
- Comprehensive knowledge of landlords/developers and market conditions
- Strong computer skills with ability to use web-based search platforms, CRM, Google Suite programs, digital signing platforms (DotLoop, DocuSign, etc.), and other proprietary software
- High level of accuracy and detail oriented
- Full Time Commitment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
