Together, we won t stop!Job OverviewHelp drive marketing strategy and execution for T-Mobile's education customer segments (K-12, Higher Education) reporting to the Sr.
Manager, Public Sector Marketing.
Bring a deep knowledge of education customers in both K-12 and Higher Education, buying behaviors, purchasing cycle and processes, and competitive landscapes.
Drive share growth in your segment with effective demand generation campaigns, disruptive offers and solutions, sales enablement, and a disciplined marketing strategy to drive customer engagement through all stages of the funnel from awareness to activation.T-Mobile for Business continues to grow at a record pace, and our education segments are key contributors to that growth.

Job

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will drive awareness, consideration, and activations by education customers on T-Mobile's market-leading 5G network.
You'll develop a bottoms-up marketing plan using a wide variety of tools, tactics and budget to create education customer leads and execute that plan to help reach sales goals.
You will be the subject matter expert at T-Mobile on your segment with a clear understanding of the competitive landscape, the T-Mobile value proposition for education customers, education customer pain points and opportunities, the dynamics of buying patterns (fiscal years, seasonality, and the structure of customer purchasing contracts and schedules), and the marketing strategy that will drive our share growth over the next 3-5 years.
You'll represent customer needs to our product teams to help build a portfolio of solutions that work for education customers.
You'll work closely with our sales directors to ensure that sales activities and marketing campaigns are running in concert at all times.
Most of all, you'll bring a balance of strategic thinking, customer insight, and roll-up-your-sleeves execution to maximize lead generation and sales opportunities.Work Experience:
4-7 years Marketing experience.

software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, education, or consumer packaged goods, with a focus on Marketing, Product Management or Sales.

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

The successful candidate s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.
Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee s eligible earnings in the prior year.
Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
