This job offers weekly pay starting at $10-$14/hr. PLUS earn a sign-on bonus up to $500

Crew Member / Team Member Responsibilities:
- Taking action to ensure the crew is meeting McDonald's standards
- Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
- Planning for each shift, monitoring performance during all shifts
- Strong customer service skills for working with customers and team members
- Communicating well with crew members, other shift managers, and GM
- Responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping with assigned departments

Qualifications:
- You must be 15 years of age, or older to work as a Crew Member / Team Member at McDonald's
- Reliable transportation
- Able to learn and adapt
- Able to take initiative
- Able to work in a fast-paced fast food restaurant environment
- Strong communication skills and sense of teamwork
