Operations Supervisor

Operations Supervisor to represent our company. Supervising employees to ensure that every employee is on their job and following all safety rules and production protocol at all levels.

Prefer-Bilingual English/Korean

You must have good technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision is extremely important. The goal is to produce complex outputs by putting together smaller components

Essential Functions (include but are not limited to):

• Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
• Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process
• Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components
• Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications
• Align material and put together parts to build more complex units
• Check output to ensure highest quality
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Keep records of production quantities and time
• Report on issues, malfunction, or defective parts
• Use the principles of 5S to ensure a clean and organized work area
• Ability to understand production schedules.
• Understands urgency of meeting production supply demands and need to minimize to zero line downtime
• Report irregularities of parts and/or equipment
• Adheres to all environmental, health, safety rules and regulations, and work instructions

Technical:

• Understands and applies correct LOTO procedures and sets example for others
• Works safely in a manufacturing environment
• Exhibits clear competency when performing the roles and responsibilities in specific job duty
• Works well with others and promote a positive team-orientated work environment
• *Displays knowledge & skills/ Leadership necessary to perform assigned duties; understands Processes, procedures, standards, methods, and technologies related to assignments; demonstrates functional/technical literacy; participates in measuring outcomes of work; keeps current on new developments in field of expertise effectively uses available technology (automation, software, etc.) ***Applies companywide but are specifically defined per position essential functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
