• Your responsibilities as a customer engagement representative encompass being the welcoming face of our Doggie Day Camps and advising pet owners on our diverse offerings. You must then tailor those choices to their pet, ensuring that each visit is memorable and personalized.

• Our pet care services go beyond basic care necessities, as we also tailor to the pets' needs for physical activity and playtime to make their stay as enjoyable as possible

ABOUT YOUR CAREER:

Work with a diverse and inclusive team that encourages different perspectives and experiences, and celebrates teamwork and individual achievements.

• Diversify your expertise by gaining experience in various areas, such as moving from Pets Hotel to the store or salon
• As a Pets Hotel Assistant Manager or Store Department Manager, you will also learn valuable customer service techniques, which will enable you to provide exceptional service to customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• One of the biggest challenges of opening a new store is attracting and retaining customers, which can be accomplished through effective branding, advertising, and customer service
• Our customers have the option to transfer to any of our 1600 stores nationwide, although it should be noted that some locations do not have a hotel on site
